A point to point transfer is a flat rate that is charged for a trip from one destination to another. This is also known simply as a transfer. Point to point transfers do not include any extra stops. Extra stops can be arranged for an additional charge. Transfers are not based on a specific length of time rather they are based on the distance. The benefit of a transfer rate is that there are no additional charges if there is heavy traffic since the rate is based on the pick up and drop off addresses rather than time. They work great for trips where the passengers are looking to go for dinner, to a club or be transported to Whistler in addition to any other destinations you have in mind.

The hourly rate is based on the number of hours you book for. There is a minimum of 2 hours on most days. You can make an unlimited number of stops during the time you have booked. Hourly rates are only available for local trips. If you are looking to go a long distance a transfer rate will be required. Hourly bookings that do not begin in the Lower Mainland may have a travel time charge applied.

We suggest reservations be made at least 24 hours in advance for guaranteed service availability, with a 2-hour minimum notice. If you have an emergency and need immediate service, call us at +41 78 200 0 700.

If the customer is more than 15 minutes late at the start of his journey, the waiting time will be charged at CHF 20 for every 15 minutes started. The first 15 minutes are free. For airport transfers, the free waiting time from the airport is a maximum of 1 hour from the planned landing. If the flight is delayed, the time of the delay is already included in the free waiting time. After the free waiting time has expired, the rate of CHF 20.00 per started 15 minutes of delay applies (1 hour extended waiting time = CHF 80.00). Any costs incurred in the event of delays must be paid to the driver in cash before the start of the journey

We monitor all flights arriving at all airports. As the estimated arrival time for your flight approaches, our system automatically updates your reservation with any changes in arrival time. You do not need to call us if your flight is delayed. You do need to call us if your flight information changes (e.g., if you are bumped to a different flight or you miss your flight).

Yes, our chauffeurs are always happy to assist you with loading and unloading your luggage and other items and bringing them right up to your door.

We accept all major credit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.

At LukaS Limo Swiss, we respect your right to privacy and handle your personal information with care. We will use your information only to confirm your reservation and/or for questions regarding your service experience. We will never sell your information to anyone.

We are happy to provide you with the suitable child seats for free. However, you must reserve these prior to the journey start and you have this option during the booking process.

If you book your trip online, this must be done in advance. In urgent cases, contact us by phone and we will give our best to organize your trip as soon as possible.

In the event of cancellation by the client up to 24 hours before the start of the journey, an amount of 20% of the total cost will be charged. Last minute cancellations less than 24 hours before the trip will be charged 50% and less than 4 hours will be charged 100%. (order compensation and expenses). If the customer does not appear on the agreed date, 100% of the order costs will be charged to him. It is up to the customer to arrange for cancellation insurance. In exceptional cases, this is waived if the order can be replaced by another. This will be decided on a case-by-case basis by management. In any case, 20% of the total costs (offer) will be charged in the event of cancellation after a definitive confirmation.

We confirm bookings as quickly as possible, but no later than within 24 hours.

It is always advisable to check the amount of luggage which can fit in the vehicle. LukaS Limo Swiss is not responsible for problems of excess of luggage.

In the Economy class suits are not required. If you have booked business or luxury class, our chauffeur will always appear in suit.

Since we pay attention to well-maintained and new vehicles, we change these at the latest every two years, depending on delivery times and manufacturer conditions. In the business categories, however, we guarantee at all times that we provide you with vehicles of the following brands Mercedes, Audi and BMW.

We mainly provide you with black vehicles. At peak times of the year, we may have to increase our fleet at short notice, so the color may vary in rare cases.

All passengers are insured during the journey according to our public liability insurance.

No, we are a limousine service company. The main difference to the classic taxi is that our vehicles are not "ivory-colored" and we are not allowed to pick you up spontaneously, an advanced booking is necessary.

Our chauffeurs greet passengers inside the airport, at the exit after baggage claim with a personalized pickup name board. At cruise ports, bus terminals and other public transportation stations, the LukaS Limo Swiss chauffeur will wait in the nearest designated passenger pickup area. The chauffeur holding a pickup name board will wait for you outside of the vehicle.

The flight number allows us to track the flight’s status and adjust the pickup time for any delays or early arrivals (where possible), as well as to ensure that the chauffeur waits at the right terminal.

Yes, of course. Spring and summer in Switzerland can be very hot: we want you to visit our country in the most comfortable way, no matter what the weather will be. If you are going to visit us in winter, instead, you will have a warm and cozy vehicle waiting for you at your arrival.

You can see the maximum luggage capacity of each vehicle class when booking, next to the suitcase symbol.

Cleanliness of the vehicles is an important part of our service, so we discourage the consumption of food during the service. Alcoholic drinks are only allowed to be consumed in the car with prior consent, and if in compliance with local laws. If the vehicle requires cleaning due to spilled food or drinks, there will be an additional charge.

Yes, absolutely. We don’t want you to worry about feeling uncomfortable speaking a language you don’t know, that’s why each professional driver speaks several foreign languages. All you have to do is telling us your mother tongue and we will find the perfect chauffeur who will be with you for the entire journey.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all our vehicles. In the event of non-compliance, the interior of the vehicle will be cleaned.
